I used all the “quality” wicks it came with and it still didn’t justify the cost. The smell was not appealing or effective, we have a fireplace and a high ceiling (small) house and tried to use it in our living room, we forgot it was even there, we took it to our small guest bathroom to test, two weeks later and again we forgot it was there. We tried to flip the wicks every week to see if it helped. The scent is not favorable, especially when trying to mask another smell, it does not mix well if you even notice it’s presence that is. I wouldn’t recommend.

I adore this product! I have purchased two so far and they last for 2- 3 months I believe. I really do feel this affects our clients mood, it's aromatherapy for sure! Thay can come in irritable or frustrated or depressed and they walk into my office and they remark OMG! it smells so good in here and immediately they are in a better mood, same with our staff they walk by my office and they have to poke their heads in and ask what is that smells so good! I truly feel life is better with oojra...that might sound extreme but I miss it everyday! I found oojra just searching for aromatherapy, diffusers etc then I read reviews about many, i wanted something that smelled delicious without being overpowering, I am also sensitive to perfumes so it had to be something that was not too perfumy or artificial...I am thrilled with this product! Im your client forever!

I use a lot of different fragrance products-reed diffuser, aromatherapy diffuser, candle, and sprays. I like reed diffuser the most because it looks elegant and you don't have to do anything to it to smell nice.Generally, I pay attention to the smell, the look, how long it lasts, and the price when I pick out a reed diffuser. Oojra is one of those reed diffuser that might not last as long as it claims but the elegant smell makes it a lavish indulgence, albeit a prodigal one.SmellI really liked the Laos White Tea and Ginger. This is subjective but I would categorize this particular fragrance a light, non-spicy, nonintrusive type of flowery aroma. Mercedes uses similar fragrance in its AC/ventilation system and I always loved the smell. Needless to say, the smell reminded me of elegance and class.LookIt looks elegant. The gold accent bottle cap is a nice touch. Unlike the photo demonstrates on the amazon website, the liquid in the Laos White Tea version is clear, but I would imagine having a more yellow liquid would be a nice match to the gold cap. The black reed in my opinion looks more elegant than the bamboo colored reeds. With 12 reeds included in the package, there is a variety of arrangements you can do to suit your aesthetic taste.How long it lastsI do have problem with the claim that it lasts about 3 months. The smell started out strong but slowly dissipated to the point where it is no longer noticeable after 1 month or so. As I am writing this review after about 45 days I received the diffuser, I can no longer sense any smell. I even asked someone else who does not spend any time in my room to come in and see if she can sense the smell--she can't. Oojra wants you to flip the reeds if the aroma weakens. I did this. The last time I flipped the reeds was about a week ago. I will probably flip it a couple of more times. I also found out that swirling the bottle helps make the smell stronger temporarily. But doing this every 3 or 4 days is pretty annoying. One thing though, there is still plenty liquid left in the bottle, I am hopping constantly flipping and swirling it would help prolong the aroma.PriceOojra cost about the same as the OG Nest brand but the Nest brand has 5.9 fl oz while you get 4 oz for Oojra. I consider having a good smell a necessity but Oojra is definitely a luxury. I am hoping to get another bottle to test it out again because I really loved the smell.Overall, with reed diffuser, it might be worth it to throw down 40 dollars for an aroma that you really love.

I recently wrote regarding disappointment with the packaging (wanted to give as gift but the enclosure box arrived scuffed with loose tape on sides of box so I couldn't). I commend the seller who made an immediate effort to correct the problem. Though I was unable to give as gift, seller did offer replacement item which arrived quickly and safely and I thank them very much for their integrity. The box itself has a texture that is elegant but unfortunately easily marked in shipping. The product itself offers a wonderful scent (jasmine bamboo) and I would absolutely recommend it for purchase -for yourself. If you plan to give as gift be aware that it could arrive with some soft markings on the enclosure box. I would repurchase for myself as the actual display bottle is beautiful and the scent really lovely.Many thanks CJ!

I love the smell of this reed diffuser but there is no way it will last as long as it says it will. I’ve had it for a few weeks and the liquid is over half gone. It is expensive.

I had high hopes for this product. Unfortunately, the fragrance, while very pleasant, does not travel and cover the area I was hoping it would. I followed the instructions to allow for the most disbursement of the oil but it only covers half of the room, and it's not very strong. I would consider purchasing a second one for the other half of the room but I can't justify $80 to make the room smell nice for 3 months (~$26/month).

When you have a particular scent in mind not just any home fragrance will do. Like a lot of reviewers, I've tried a lot from cheap to super expensive. I keep believing I will find a signature home fragrance. And I think u just did. It's soft but not too sweet. Strong but not overpowering. The uniqueness wafts through the air like you're in an enchanted garden. Clearly one of my new favorites.

This is one of the best oil reed diffusers I've purchased. I ordered this item with NEST Grapefruit scented reed diffuser. Even though I love both of them, this is very special and the aroma is inviting, soothing, and complex so now I would like to purchase more !
