KINGDEL Windows 11 Pro, Mini PC, 4K HTPC, Intel i5 CPU, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD+1TB HDD, 4*USB 3.0, HD Port, VGA, Fanless

I had one of these kingdels about five years ago when it suddenly went dead. After a week of trying various attempts to revive it I bought a lower spec model, and reused my 16GB memory card and .5 gig sshd. in place of the 8gig and .25Gb SSHD. I checked that the techologies on the chips and the SSHD were compatible , so the thing fired up without a problem.Amazon delivery was terrific. I ordered the device on a Friday evening and the box was delivered on Sunday morning. The packaging was compact and well thought out. Customer support is unnecessary, since it comes ready to roll with a copy of windows 10.

I purchased a Kingdel Windows 10 Mini PC from Amazon about two in September 2019 and was immediately impressed by it working right-out-of-the-box; there was no major effort at setting parameters for mice, keyboard or monitor as well as a bunch of other stuff. Great and Great. However one negative was that there was not one bit of documentation included - no paper or CD - absolutely nothing. Bummer and Bummer. If not for the documentation issue, in my opinion, this product would rate at a solid five stars.

they are quick to help and solve issues.... works nice and software package is great. you can start working with your pc right from the box.... plug and play. nice Windows and office package, yo can upgrade and buy the latest, but computer is not empty. Its a great deal, it brings nice Windows and Office.... for example.Im pleased.

I'm at a point in my life with technology where it either works or I return it. When this minicomp failed to Even turn on, I didn't think twice before shipping it back for my refund.What gave me pause was the card in the box claiming that each computer have been quality checked to ensure function, but that if it didn't turn on these trouble shooting steps should help resolve it. Including buying a new power adapter, taking the unit apart to replace/reset a battery, and other common solutions...How about: nope.Either it works or it goes back.What really concerned me was realizing during the return process that the i5 CPU of this computer is a Gen 4 and over 5years old. A concern but not a deal breaker if there is value. But not at $420. I thought I was getting more modern parts.... Not that it matters, since the unit failed to Even Start.Read carefully and do your homework before considering this product otherwise you might get burned.

I'm glad I bought this. It's sturdy and well made. Everything worked well out of the box. Except, of course, it's pre-loaded with Windows 10, which is always problematic. In this case, it Windows 10 booted to a black screen until I connected the monitor to the VGA connection instead of the HDMI connection. If I hadn't tried the VGA connection, I probably would have sent the unit back as defective. So, live and learn. I installed Linux Mint on the 256gb internal SSD in a dual boot configuration beside the Windows 10 OS that it came with. If you're going to do this (and I highly recommend it!) then, be advised that Windows 10 doesn't shut down when you shut it down. Instead it goes into "Hibernation" and locks it's partition and/or drive. So the Linux installation can't proceed properly until you go into Windows and disable the hibernation 'feature'. You do this by opening up a Windows command prompt in Administrator mode and typing in the "powercfg -h off" command. I hope I remembered the command syntax correctly, if you get an error, just google it. So, anyway, it's perfectly compatible with Linux Mate 18.3. And likely most other Linux distros as well. Bottom line = powerful, little, well made, mini desktop computer! I'd recommend it.

this is an update to my 2nd Mini PC. This was the easiest PC I've ever bought unboxed setup on desk plugged in the cables power on answer a couple questions and I'm up and running. I added a WD 4tb USB drive and I'm good to go. Everything I've hit it with runs fine. From Microsoft office to auto cad to graphic programs. All my CNC and laser programs run prefect and the PC handles controlling all my equipment. You can't go wrong with this Mini PC.To be real honest I'm use to the big motherboard PC but when my last one died I decided to take this mini unit out. I was concern if this was going to be strong enough and would run all my programs but being a 64 bit unit I decided to give it a try. After receiving the unit I really got concern when I saw no manual with it. I plug it in hooked up the monitor HDMI added some of my usb keyboard and mouse and the unit was up and running. Flo less everything worked great has good speed and all my programs run great. Autocad and high end graphic programs run great plenty of memory space and I did hook up a usb 500 gb hard drive. and I'm using it to write this review. pay it you can't go wrong.

Unfortunately, I had a defective motherboard while under warranty. After hours trouble shooting the unit at the direction of the Kingdel rep, including taking out cleaning and reseating the SSD & RAM still inoperative.Kingdel Rep's request was I buy a competitors SSD and install it to see if it would fix the issue. After I pointed out the the Operating System was on the SSD and buying a new SSD would not have the Windows 10 Pro on it that I purchased they requested I buy a competitors RAM install it and see if that resolved the problem, and if not return the RAM to that competitor (as used). I declined.Eventually, I purchased an identical unit and installed my old SSD & RAM which resolved the issue, i.e. the motherboard had failed.I sent the failed chassis and new SSD & RAM to Kingdel in China with the promise of a refund however it has now been more than three weeks and no refund. Computer worked well. Warranty is worthless as it is a least a month turnaround time. Grrrrr

Purchased the I5-4200U 16gb model to set up a few Hyper-V instances. Was plugged in and ready to go in a couple of minutes, and Windows was activated without any issues. The PC is small, fast and silent, and hardly generates any heat, despite being powered on for the last two days.Have since created multiple Hyper-V instances using various operating systems, and installed packages such as SQL Server 2019 running with 8GB with no loss of stability on the host machine, which had approx. 3.9gb left when running the Hyper-V instance. The RAM and mSata card can both be upgraded, and 2.5" SSD's can also be added.The only negative point for me was the DDR3 RAM as this seems costly to upgrade, but there are several other models that use DDR4, so five stars out of five for me, and I would recommend this for anyone looking to replace an I5 desktop with a smaller unit while retaining the same performance.

Mini PC facile a prendre en main ,bien équipé j'ai pris 8 Go de RAM ainsi qu'un SSD de 256 Go .C'est parfait mais vu comment fonctionne l'appareil j'aurais du opter pour 16 Go et un SSD de 512 Go .Livré avec Windows 10 Pro installé pilote installé bref le bonheur , petit bémol en anglais que j'ai pu mettre en françaisPersonnellement je ne pensais pas que la licence était activé mais c'est bel et bien le cas , tout tourne parfaitement bien ,Connecteurs USB à profusions , j'y ai rajouté un HDD de 1 To , un moniteur de 32 pouces souris clavier sans fil ,dock USB 3.0 HDD ,hub USB 3.0 enceinte Bluetooth bref une machine pour tout faire et qui assure ( je ne joue pas ) usage courant internet bureautique YouTube visionnage de films ... .le SSD est très rapide et le pc ne chauffe pas pour du Fanless ( processeur à 40 ° environ ), démarre en moins de 15 seconde .autre point un peu en retrait la livraison très lente pas loin de 6 semaines , surement dû au restrictions de confinements .donc en résume un petit pc pas trop cher qui envoi du lourdbon courage et bon choix aux futurs acheteurs celui ci ou un autrePS: capture de performance Crystaldiskmark7 , résultat un peu en dessous de la réalité c'est du a un dl de Windows qui est en cours mais ça donne une idée , coretemp et CpuZ

Have had this for a day or so, and absolutely delighted so far (so much so that I wanted to write a review, which normally I wait longer for). Lightening fast at everything, easy peasy to get up and running with the [slim] Windows 10 pro it comes with (just sign in to MS and download all apps you need).Absolutely silent. Love it. Has transformed my working from home experience.Within 2 hours I had Dropbox installed (and syncing everything with my 160gb SSD D: drive) and all other important apps and am now wondering why I wasted 3 months vacillating about buying this. Thanks to the seller - great job!
