It worked on my second try. You just have to make sure the pins are fully inserted. Be very gentle.Test the screen before you fully install it (putting on the screws, bezel etc.)My package came with some free tools, so I appreciate that. I don't need all of them, but I'm definitely keeping them: exacto knife, sharp tweezers, plastic wedge, and magnetic screwdriver.

I purchase this screen because my lap screen stop showing images clearly. I installed it and it fit perfectly and this is what i am using now. Great purchase. Highly recommend. It was also packaged very neatly and i received the item in perfect condition.

I've replaced three broken screens in Latitude 3590's so far using this part (the Matte version). It's an exact replacement.Now if I could just get my users to quit breaking the screens! :) Not holding my breath...getting ready to order two more of these screens to have on the shelf.
