Did what I wanted it to.....kind of. UPDATE !!!
I actually LOST some reception distance, even hardly picking up a powerful station right here in town. Since I run Bluetooth and mostly listen to the songs on my phone, I guess I can let it slide. It was packaged nicely, fast shipping and made the 2008 Xterra look a lot better than having the old long wire flapping around. That's the reason it still gets 4 stars.UPDATE - After exactly 1 month and hooking up SirusXM a week ago, I can actually say that this antenna definitely does not bring in the signal that a normal one would. In my 15 minute commute to/from work each day, at least 1/2 of it is spent listening to silence while the radio "loads". Unfortunately, I am having to go back to my stock antenna and will look for a different brand while being stuck with this. Maybe I can give it to a co-worker for aesthetics only purposes.

After competitive testing, this antenna performs the best for AM & FM signal reception.
I've tried two other brand models and this short stub Antenna performs the best. Released in July 2019, this amazing Antenna replaces your OEM whip Antenna. If you're like me, your original whip antenna (and/or antenna base) was damaged in an automatic car wash. The logical answer is to replace your OEM whip antenna with a sleek and beautiful short stub. I've tested and tried two competing models from a popular competitor, (Brand X) on Amazon. The major issue is the AM & FM signal reception from strong local radio stations is full of static and weak. It's a compromise, until now. Now you can run through your automatic car wash and have great short stub Antenna reception from both AM & FM. This brand and model by far outperforms Brand X in terms of quality and performance. A bit more money, but worth every penny. Thank you Amazon and KEYO1E.

Fixed my 'low oil pressure' check engine code.
Purchased for my 06 Impala SS, which started throwing a 'low oil pressure' code. Was easy to replace and fixed the problem. There is a small nylon, tube, screen filter beneath this sensor. It won't need replaced if you carefully extract it with a 'hook' tool and clean it.

Finally! A shorter than OEM antenna that gets the job done!
Finally! A shorter than OEM antenna that gets the job done! Using on our 2011 Chevy Traverse. This is the third short antenna I bought/tried in effort to replace the OEM original that got snapped off from leaving the garage before the door was all the way up...

Received super fast and the price was good
Received super fast and the price was good. Finding the product I needed was easy. This seller made it so I could put in the model year of the car and KNOW that I was buying the right thing. That really helps me as a female that doesn't know much about cars, purchase this with confidence.

Works as intended
The antenna isn't huge and picks up the radio stations that I need. It cuts out a little more than the extremely long OEM, but when the signal is present the sound is extremely clear. The OEM antenna would cut out as well however so while I do think the shorter antenna cuts out a little more in some areas I think that the KEYO1E antenna is a great choice and replacement if you are looking for something smaller.

Great antennae for the price!
Great replacement for my old, super long antennae. Bought a car cover and didn't want to punch holes in it and deal with the antennae thing. This works great and I don't have to remove to get my cover on. Looks great too!
