The product arrived on time and we were happy with it. However, after wearing the necklace for almost two weeks the bullet broke off and my brothers ashes were almost lost to the Bart tracks. The clasp attached to the bullet needs to be much stronger and durable. I loved this necklace but if the ashes had been lost I would have been inconsolable. Please make sure your product is durable if you plan on selling it to people that are going to carry their loved ones in it.

The Pendant is very pleasing too the eye and does what it should! The chain included however is quite cheap and looks fragile enough to snap with little force! I wish the hole on the pendant where you attach a chain was a bit bigger!

The Chain for this necklace for one was very light weight and looked odd with the necklace, I had to change the chain for a more sturdy one , So Please do not let the picture fool you , the chain is worthless. As far as the bullet it held a good amount of ashes and is very sturdy, as far as the packaging , if you are giving this as a gift do not just give it to the person because you are going to have to do some prep because they just have it thrown into a plastic bag not displayed . That's it in a nut shell.

Bought these for the men in the family after a loss. They look amazing and can also be engraved at your local engravor. The chain and the chain loophole do not seem very sturdy. Would not recommend for a daily wear but make for a beautiful keepsake.Father in law wears it when he goes for motorcycle rides to keep his daughter near his heart.

I love this it is beautiful yet versatile. I bought this so my husband can keep his Nitro tablets in. So it's very very important that is something my husband can wear everyday and not think twice about his health and losing the tiny tiny little bottle of Medicine. Pop a couple pills in and you're good to go

I love the design, I had brought the dragon pendant a about two years ago for myself and it's a conversation starter that's for sure. I love how beautiful, yet simple the design is. The only problem I have with the pendant is that sometime last year, the empty urn itself had came off while I was volunteering at a school and lost the urn. I do not know what could fix this issue other than waterproof sealent tape as an option....Other than that I highly recommend the product for others to buy astestics aside. Actually buying the necklace again to screw back onto the chain attachment.

I bought 3 of these for my boys and my nephew, I haven't given my nephew his yet but my boys loved it. They have a little bit of their Nanny with them and they couldn't be happier. I had to shorten the chain a little as it was meant for a man not a child but it was not a big deal. I also recommend sealing the top so it won't open on it's own, I had some cremation jewelery glue that came with something I ordered from another place so I just used it to seal these.
