Liked it so much I would buy it again. You just might need two sizes bigger than you think. I am a large so I bought a large but I think I need a 1X or XXL

I use this belt not as a trimmer but to keep the lumbar muscles hot. I have had several surgeries in that region and the muscles are damaged. Keeping them hot seems to help with mobility and limit spasms. Also you can slide a cold pack or hot pack in it and they stay put. Good product.
