The kit has all parts as advertised. The heat deflectors were tight and did not sit flat. I had to remove some metal on the ends to make them fit. The transfer tubes are different than the originals. They are two pieces and you have to fit them together and this makes them expandable to fit. The originals are solid, and it would been nice if there was an instruction note showing how to assemble them. It would have saved me an hour of head scratching before I figured it out. With this said, the kit is a good value and now my grill works like new.

Fit perfectly for Char-Broil 463439915. Have a like new grill now! Helpful Hints: make sure when you re-attach the ignitor to the burner tube, you check placement so the spark aligns properly. Roll your grill over a tarp to catch the greasy “crumbs” that are bound to fall out. Wear gloves-again a greasy job taking out the old parts. Use WD-40 or like substance to spray, rusty clamps to get old burner tubes out. Have a box /garbage can near by to throw rusty parts in. Finally, I needed a new grease pan. Old one was so rusty, it just fell out when I tugged on it (didn’t even have to try to reach the screws! Ended up buying a galvanized car oil drip pan 25” x 18” x 1/2” and cutting round hole in it for the grease cup. Slip in perfectly and because of the grill design underneath with a little ledge—didn’t even need screws. Slid in perfectly.

These worked great except for one small detail. The pieces that connect the burners together don't always let the gas get to the back part of the burners so the burners will be lit but only in front of the gas distribution pieces. I just have to keep an eye on them when I start the burners but otherwise they're fine. Also these burners seem to let more gas out than my original burners so I have to turn the burners down further than before. I love how I was able to refurbish my grill for such a low cost. I'd definitely buy again even with the few issues I ran into.

I got this kit for my older charbroil grill. the price was right to replace the plates. SInce the kit came with the other things, and installed them also. I should have done this years ago. lol. The new gas pipe things along with the plates worked fantastically. ive been used to cooking with rusted things for so long, i forgot how much it mattered. The quality seems just fine. if i were to give my original char broil plates a 10 for sturdiness/thickness, i would give these a 8.5. More than adequate.

Fairly easy to install. May have to remove the screws holding in the valves so you can slip the gas tubes over them. Took about 30 minutes. Word of advice, the shiny silver rails go on top of the burners. Much easier to put together that way. This seems to be a different model than what originally came with the grill. The parts are shaped a little different but fit just as well. The diffuser tents had to be squeezed to mate with the front slots. Wear gloves, some of the pieces are sharp from stamping. Took the opportunity to clean my six year old grill at the same time and it works like new.

Worked OK at first on my Charbroil grill. But after about 3 months the flame burners started operating erratically making it difficult to grill meat. I have to work with the burners now when I start the grill to try and get them to provide a more consistent flame

All the pictures, including customer images show holes on both ends of the burner covers. Mine only has holes on one end by the controls. The size of the holes in the burners are also larger and different pattern than the burners that came with the grill. This will probably end up causing an increase in temp and fuel usage, so I have to relearn my grill settings, and this grill already runs hot. The bridges between the burners are sliding rather than direct fit and feel like cheap junk. Not one single piece matches the original design, even the clips they sent are smaller than the originals. I'm not happy with the purchase. Suggest you go someplace other than Real Value Metals, I will when I have time to reorder next year.

Instead of replacing my BBQ grill I decided to overhaul it with new replacement parts at a fraction of the cost of buying a new grill. I can not be happier with the result. I also degreased and cleaned my old grill while I had it apart and my old grill now looks and works like a new grill. Very satisfied that I made the correct choice of overhauling my old grill instead of buying a new one. I also recycled what I have instead of adding more garbage to my local garbage dump.

Good fit but short one reflector.Amazon can't provide missing parts but no charge imposed. I salvaged the least deteriorated of the old ones and used it.
