The gliding platform keeps getting stuck on the rails and requires hitting with your hand to get it unstuck. It will extend too far, coming off the rails completely, and is a pain to get inserted back onto the rails. I assumed it would break in but after months of use, it's just as bad if not worse. There also is excess space resulting in the S2 MK3 moving up or down, and a few random foam blocks I'm not sure where to put and no instructions on what to do with them. Their warranty terms are on their website, but literally NO contact info anywhere or instructions on how to actually make a warranty claim. The only good thing about this is the external build quality, that's about it.
