There was some occasion weird windy noise coming from nowhere but it was occasional so I'm not docking too much just for that. I bought this for a college project and college in general because I needed a microphone and this seemed to be the best bang for buck value that includes all the essentials and it doesn't sound too bad either.

Starting a podcast is something my husband has been talking about doing for a while. Once he got this microphone it was just what he needed to actually get going. He hooked it up to his laptop and began recording his intros and set up his first interview. I am impressed with the quality of the sound and how clear it is.

This simple USB mic does an ok job but it's is very hot. Wish it had a gain or volume control to allow one to turn it down a tad. Even using the mic control in WIN10 helps a little, but not the greatest.

Smaller than what I expected. My first time assembling this microphone and it didn’t have instructions on how to assemble. I figured it out. It seems fragile.

I bought this mike just to see what such a low price would get. I'm really happy with the quality of this device. Sound is crystal clear, and it's so sensitive that I had to turn the gain WAY down not to pick up every extraneous noise. Excellent for Zoom and creating teaching videos.

I did not like how easy it is to break, but the quality is amazing! I suggest this but don’t leave it where it would get hurt.

I bought this to record myself for a podcast and I must say that it is really good. The sound is very clear and it works very well on my Mac. Great buy for those that are new to the podcast game.

Hi everybody,In case you are wondering, although advertised and if directly plugged in to the xbox, will not work with the xbox, there is an easy workaround. On any sort of PC run ing windows, you can plug in the mic and follow the instructions given in the box, next open the xbox assist app or simply xbox companion app. Create another account as your talking account, whenever you join a party join with both your normal, and talking account. Use headphones on xbox for hearing your friends or toxic enemies talk, and your talking account for speaking to them.

The quality of the mic seems to be quite good and the stand is rugged enough to do the job.In face my only problems were twofold.....1. The 'instructions' were abysmal.....worse even than the usual CHINGLISH....sufficient to say I had NO IDEA what to do or how to put it together or set it up.Thankfully the picture online was large enough to at least help with the general assembly but the 'manual' pictures were so small I had to literally use a magnifying glass to read them and when I did read them they made no sense....calling parts by names that made no sense or were misspelled or simply didn't exist.The setup should have been easy but sadly with windows 10 there are so many optional app connect/diisconnect/permission options that it took me a while and the help of YouTube to finally get it working.2. This problem is the usual 'quality of the extra parts...in my case it is the Pop filter which was damaged from the factory and will not now stay in position.It is 'fixed' with a piece of duct tape but it piss#s me off that my BRAND NEW mic has a piece of duct tape to keep the filter in placeAll in all it sounds pretty good with minimal hiss and decent sound quality.....too bad about the filter as it is quite important

I have only used it twice, or tried to use it twice. The first attempt was excellent! Second attempt there is a noticeable high pitch whine in the background. I intended this for podcasting, so this simply will not do whatsoever. The sock is meh, the pop filter came with a micro hole in it, and the rest feels cheap which I expected for the price.

Product came as specified. During the assembly of the unit, the mounting of the microphone in its provided tripod needed time and caring due to the fragile elastic bands. If not careful, the elastic bands would break easily. There was no instruction on how to mount the round screen in front of the microphone. So far it was left hanging at the end of the extension metal rod swinging side by side if it was moved.
