With this power bank, I was able to charge 3 phones at least 2-3 times each. Even after all of that, there was still a little power left over. What's nice about this power bank is you can charge at least 2 devices at once. Rather than having lighted dots, this tells you exactly how much battery power is left and it is very accurate. Automatically turns off once device or devices are done charging. Doesn't matter what type of device that you have, if you have a cord for your device, it will charge it. We were able to charge Android, iPhone, iPad and a Samsung tablet on this with no issues at all. Fits in pockets too.

This is only the second review where I gave a review of one star. This is has no where near stated capacity. The unit has capacity that should be a dream. Instead it's junk. I used a site that provides an overview of whether the reviews are legit. Came back a fail. Not surprising though. Power pack was charged to capacity. I hv a Samsung Note 8. After charging from 21% to 100% it used 48% of the power pack. What! Tried again to charge my phone at 5% took the remainder of the power bank 52%. What! I found 2 mentions of this power pack on YouTube one of which was unboxing and other different models. DO NOT BUY THIS POWER BACK. It has a 2 year warranty that's worthless too. No response to request for refund. Ugh!!!

Love this charger! Whether it be for school, work, emergencies, this charger will never let you down!I’d say the only downside world be the bulk and weight, but it carries a lot of punch so it’s easy to overlook.We tried a lighter weight small stick version, but it only charged once and the charger had to be recharged right after. And, you couldn’t be using it while charging or it wouldn’t keep up. Not so with this one! You can be on the phone constantly while charging and it maintains and increases battery life while charging!

No kidding, the LED is blinding. It's super bright. But this product is amazing. It'll charge everything you need. I use it for Phone's, Switch, and tablet and even to top off a few smaller banks the kids use when we travel. I want so badly to turn the LED brightness down, but that is a no-go. It's bright. If bright lights on small electronics bother you, prepare to put some tape or something over it. No kidding. I took an old sock and cut out a small wrist-band sized portion and it slides over it and keeps the brightness at bay. This is a solid product, but it will irritate you with the lights; you are warned.

It's a nice portable power bank that is easy to use and convenient for travel, but it seems like the storage capacity is about half of what is advertised.With 26800 mAh, I expected 5 to 6 full charges for my LG V20 smartphone before having to recharge the bank. In reality, after starting with a 100% charged bank, I consistently only get about 2.5 charges before the storage reading hits 3%. This leads me to believe that the storage capacity is more like 10000 - 12000 mAh. Additionally, when charging the nearly completely depleted bank (with 10 watts input), it only takes about 4 or 5 hours to reach 100 percent... About 5 hours earlier than expected.Granted, I haven't pulled out my tools to get a real measurement yet, but based on everyday use, I wouldn't expect the results to be anywhere close to the advertised 26800 mAh. Maybe it's an issue with the circuitry or something... Who knows.

When I received it the charge was at about 25%. In the early evening I started charging it and I could see it increasing ... about 2% in the first hour. The next morning it was charged to 100%. That evening my cell phone (iPhone 6) was at 63%. To test the power bank I plugged it into my cell phone. In about one hour it was charged 100% and the power bank read 98%. I was very pleased with that.One note about the decrease from 100% to 98% for a 37% charge of my cell phone. If you took these numbers literally it means that it would take about 6% of the power bank to charge the phone from 0%. That would translate to 16 full charges. That seems high.There are probably three problems with that calculation. (1) The round off error is a high percentage in numbers that small. (2) The system may be non-linear. (3) Just like your gas tank, the gas gauge may not go down for a while although you are using fuel.Regardless, I'm very pleased after one use. I hope it lasts.FYI, I had purchased a different one several days before and had to return it because it didn't work out of the box. This one worked as advertised.

I’m a tour manger for bands. With that being said I’m constantly traveling and inland using my onions to talk to my musicians about everything. I was under the impression by purchasing this product i was getting what I paid for. I clearly didn’t.Took about 8 hours to fully charge to 100 percentThen when it came to use it on my phone the percentage the battery went to 50 percent while only charging my phone only15 percent.I don’t know what kinda game is going on here, but I’ll be asking for a refund and sending this product right back.CAN YOU GUYS PLEASSE DO ANYTHING FOR ME????

I received my charger around 11:30 AM. It was 26% charged. I know that it takes a bit to charge battery packs but it is now 10:30 PM, almost 11 hours later and it is only charged an additional 4%, so now only at 30%. Omgosh! Was hoping to have this battery during the impending hurricane. I am also using the original charging cord but I am sorry I cannot recommend this battery pack. I guess it pays to stick with what you know. Back to using Anker, I guess. :-(
