Not too sure because i saw no change for the better with just one bottle.

Always, leery spending money on holistic products. This was recommended to try for a month and I saw a difference in my eye site. How do I know this. I actually started driving without my glasses one day. Fortunately, I had my prescription sunglasses with me. Usually, my glasses are one of the first things I am looking for in the morning. Gave me a happy surprise.

Product was great and as described. I use this product because my eyes are really sensitive to light. This product seems to help alleviate the light sensitivity. I don't take as much as the bottle prescribes. I just take one capsule a couple of times a week and that seems to resolve my light sensitivity issue. If I don't take one for a month or so the light sensitivity comes back. My only complaint is that they send this large bottle with only 60 tablets inside. I buy two bottles at a time and combine the bottles and it still only fills it up half way.

I take it because a friend recommended it to me. I hope it's doing what I want. I'm 85 yrs old, no cataracts and I can still drive well at night.That's better than my friends my age.
