Breaks very quickly
After the first time using this the suction would no longer stick to my windshield, no problem cause it comes with a vent holder too. After a month the vent holder starts coming off the vent on hard turns and finally after 2 months it falls off and bends the charging cord. I bought a new mirco usb but it seems to be completely broken. Do not buy! Seems like a great idea with wireless charging and everything but it is not executed correctly.

Worked for a month & dont believe gift card offer for 5 star review!
The good: First one I’ve been able to get to stay on my dashboard. Grips the phone nicely.I loved the auto clamp when you put the phone in it.NOT so good: Wish clamping lasted more than a week after I could return it.(it still holds the phone well, but you have to push it in manually)The recharge was hit or miss with a heavy case. A flimsy case would probably allow it to charge OK.Also, it arrived with a $20 Amazon gift card you could redeem:IF you "write a positive 5 star product review" and "IMPORTANT NOTE: DO NOT tale (sic) or post image about this rebate activity...otherwise it is invalid."I DID love it when it worked & was happy to give it 5 stars & emailed for the gift card, which they never processed or replied to. >:-/But it continues to adhere to my dash well, so I'm still using the dead carcass of cool tech.

Adequate at best
Why doesn’t this thing hold enough power to still release after the car is turned off? It’s super annoying to have to turn my ignition back on to release my phone. Not only that, but you have to line it up just right or the arms don’t engage. Seems pretty dumb for a device that’s supposed to “detect” your phone.

Works exactly as it say it does, but......
For the first couple of months it worked exactly as advertised. Charged by phone wirelessly, opened and closed like it was supposed to do, connect up to android auto using usbc, etc. Now it only closes halfway on its own and because of that it won't charge wirelessly because it isn't making good contact. Can't get in touch with the company through Amazon because it is beyond the time frame from when I bought it. One other thing. When it gets cold it won't close. I live in Ohio and its winter so.......

Don't buy only works for a few months
We brought two of these one for each car. Both worked fine at first then, after a few months the charger plug stop working in one. We switch the cords out to see if the cord was the problem. No it was the product itself that would no longer charge no matter what cord we used. The other one we purchased the automatic holders on each side stopped opening & closing. You will only get a few months of use out of this product before it stops working

No more suction
I bought this on July, 15th, 2019 for a lot more than it is being sold for today July, 25th, 2020. Overall I’m okay with all the features except for the suction. I’ve had to affix it back after falling off my dashboard a number of times but it hasn’t lasted and now it won’t stay on. I’d say the suction lasted a few months but thereafter it would periodically come off until these last few weeks. I’m going to look for another one and I doubt I will purchase from this manufacturer again.

A must have item!
I bought three of these for Christmas gifts and ended up buying one for myself later. I had trouble with it at first and couldn’t get it to charge. I emailed the support email and got a response within a few days. All I had to do was pull the bottom bracket down. I have an Apple 11 max plus so if you have a larger phone, make sure you pull down the bracket and it will work perfectly! I use the air vent clip and like that option. My husband now wants one for his car. It’s totally worth the price!

Make your life easier with this automatic clamping car charging mount!
I was hestitant to buy this at first because I was worried I'd spend so much on a product that doesn't deliver. But I was wrong, this product definitely does what it says it will do! It's really sturdy in my air vents, doesn't move when I'm making sharp turns. And I absolutely love the auto-clamping feature that it has. It can adjust to any size phone. I'm using an iPhone X with a case AND support band on the back. The auto-clamp feature makes charging your phone quicker and without any hassle when you're about to drive. I highly recommend!
