Gorgeous backpack. It does actually hold quite a bit. My daughter has been able to fit her laptop and several books along with a bunch of small school stuff in it the "hidden" pocket against the back is padded so you can easily have your phone and other items in it. The only downside is in the arms. After a school year and a half, it separated and ripped. That part is not too sturdy so either just run a sewing machine over it or find a sturdier backpack.

This backpack is really nice for school or traveling , I did get compliments from several people and I like the look of the bag. It is a great size for someone like me, It also carried more than I thought it would from the pictures. I had my 15.6" laptop, document, cords, school supplies and still had room for a small purse, gloves and scarf.This bag does many job, it looks good and is made of sturdy fabric. I enjoy the colorway since it hides dirt and smudges which means I do not have to clean it all the time. The USB charging port is a nice feature; the inside pocket is capable of holding my bigger power banks and charge on the go. There is a padded section for laptops. I was able to put in my HP 15.6" laptop in with plenty of space left.The best thing about this backpack is the appearance of it in my opinion.But I also like the fashionable design of the bag. Has a built in USB cable on the inside where you can plug a portable power bank and then has a port on the outside of the bag where you can plug in your phone to charge.Overall good bag, I love it.

The zippers on this backpack stick A LOT, even with nothing in them. I've tried a few tricks I've found on the internet, and still have issues with them. However, I LOVE the pockets, the design, and the battery charging port that connects to your portable charger of choice. The design is one of the best backpack designs EVER, and I had the hardest time deciding between all the different galaxy colors. It is so vibrant and beautiful, and I have gotten so many compliments. My only issue is literally the zippers!!I took this on a Frontier Airlines flight last week where I did NOT need to pay for a carry on bag, as you are allowed a 'personal item' such as a small backpack or purse, and this passed for that just fine even fully packed. It will stick out from under the seat a bit and into your leg space, so something to consider if you have long legs!

It has been a great college backpack. Big enough for a larger laptop. She has had it for a short period of time but good so far.

Bought this for my 6th grader to use. 4 months into it it is still amazing. My child is very hard and rough on her book bags and this one is holding it’s own against her. Fits all her binders and great storage for all her lil things. The hide away pocket in the back she absolutely loves to keep her ID, money and other important stuff.

I like this backpack for the fabric design and the water bottle pockets on the outside. However, the back began bending backwards soon after I started using it; meaning that it won't sit upright when placed on the floor or in a chair. Sounds inconsequential, but trying to place something (like a folder) into the bag is difficult when the backpack isn't straight. It also makes it difficult to find things when the bag opening is constantly bent away from the bottom. This also makes it a little uncomfortable when wearing.

Lots of pockets for separate storage! It also has a nice padding, especially in the lower back area, which is great for my 7 year old who is bringing books home from school. The side drink pockets will hold an extra large/tall thermos without tipping out. We haven't tried the charging port yet, because my son isn't quite one enough to need it.
