Ingredients: A natural blend of Mojave Desert minerals: Sodium borate and soda ash: sodiumsesquicarbonate, (natural boron and carbon minerals), sea salt, trace minerals,organic olive oil, (olea europea), sodium laurel sulfoacetate (all vegetable),organic herbals of arnica flowers (arnica montana), white willow (salix alba),lemon balm leaves (melissa officinalis): essential oils of peppermint (menthapiperita) sage (salvia officinalis), tea tree (meleleuca alternifolia), rosemary(rosemarinus officinalis), eucalyptus globulus), clove (syzygium aromaticum). Dissolve one capful into a warm shallow bath or foot bath. Swish with hand todissolve. Soak for 10-15 minutes. May alternate with warm and cool water ifavailable.
