Great scooter helmet.
I really like this helmet. The flip up visors should stay scratch free given how they raise and go under some protection. The chinstrap release is a great design too. For$40 it's a great deal for a DOT approved helmet. I hope I never test that part of it. The shell is a little smaller than a regular 3/4 helmet so it fits under my scooter seat and saves a little room.

What great great helmet for the price, dot approved too. No wind on face with clear shield down and no wind noise or wind in ears either. Light weight and good fit. I would suggest order one size up from what you measure.
