I developed plantar fasciitis and it wasn't getting any better by taping my foot, ibuprofen or ice packs so I thought I'd try these after a friend recommended. I figured I had nothing to lose and ordered a pair. They are delivered quickly and I slipped them into my shoes and I was immediately amazed at how awesome my foot felt and how it didn't make either foot sore from the arch support. I kept them on from noon til bedtime and was so thankful that I was able to walk without excruciating pain. I bought another pair within a week so I didn't have to switch them out of my work shoes. Awesome product. I definitely recommend these for anyone to try before heading to the doctor for an expensive custom made pair.

I bought these for my husband who was having some pretty severe plantar fascitis. I read up on insoles and decided on these for a few reasons- The arch support is rigid vs foam or gel, and secondly, the price point wasn't outrageous. And I was right. The relief he got from these insoles was immediate. His pain went from an 8 to a 2. He's only been on them for about 4 days now, and the unbearable, relentless pain from the PF has been greatly reduced, even after he takes his shoes off after a full 9 hour work day. So they're working both for immediate relief, and for the more slow healing/correcting process for that tendon. Great product.

I really didn't need these...or so I thought. I got a new pair of work boots recently that were slightly large for me. The boots were pretty comfortable as far as the insole goes, but I needed something else inside in addition to my thick socks to help the fit of the boot. Have had them in my boots for only a couple weeks now, and it helped the fit of my boots just like I wanted, but boy are they ever more comfortable now! I didn't even know what I was missing! Whenever these wear out, I'll definitely grab another pair of these heavy duty insoles.

This insole provided me with excellent arch support and helped relieve my plantar fasciitis heel pain. These insoles are stiffer than other insoles that I have used but this is very positive thing for me. The extra stiffness provides excellent total foot support and the heel positioning and cushioning provided by the insert, stabilizes my foot in the shoe. These are the best insoles I have ever worn and I ordered another pair after wearing the original pair for a week.

Second pair of these that I've ordered and I wear them in almost all my shoes. Highly recommend if you struggle with overpronation or flat feet and end up with sore calves, shin splints, or achy feet when wearing shoes that are not typically the most supportive, e.g. dress shoes, sperrys, etc. I also use these in my gym sneakers, btw, and they have the right amount of flex in them that you don't feel like you're jumping on hard plastic while you're working out.

The overal quality (construction) and feel of these foot insoles are phenomenal! For the price, they're the best I've bought. I have flat feet and I'm on my feet all day, I'm a full time teacher and an occupational therapist at night and I put wear and tear on shoes and my legs. These in particular fit a bit wide for most of my shoes so there's a slight stretch to my shoes. Either than that they make me feel like my feet are using half the energy they were before!

After developing some annoying foot issues during my deployment, including plantar fasciitis, these were recommended to me by another Airman in my unit. These are awesome! Well, for me at least. It took about a day to get used to them once I put them in my boots, but after that, what a difference they made. After a few days, my foot pain had nearly disappeared, and I no longer had significant plantar fasciitis symptoms. Going on a few weeks now and they're still working great! Highly recommended!

I bought these to use on a really uncomfortable pair of boots I bought that had a super thin footbed. The boots look great but they were causing a ton of pain in my feet and I was about to stop wearing them completely. Luckily these inserts worked perfectly! So comfortable and the pain is gone. I was able to wear them all day and my feet felt completely fine after. Check these out if you want to make an uncomfortable pair of boots wearable.
