battery does not last after full recharge, GPS not good but customer service excellent
I have already given a review. Giving 1 star for watch. The 5 star is for customer service. This was bought has a present for my grand-daughter who is extremely unhappy about it. The GPS works intermittently but always says she is 1 - 2 miles away from where she actually is. The battery only lasts about 2 hours which for a kid is no good whatsoever. Although the product was not good, the helpful customer service I received was excellent. They sent a replacement watch which I am waiting to give granddaughter to see what it is like. Fantastic customer service technical support
The watch itself is very good quality, it looks fantastic. Unfortunately I had technical problems with it where I could not use it for its gprs purpose (What I needed it for), that I'm sure is not the case for everyone. The person from the after sales team that assisted me with the technical problems was very prompt with communication, helpful and professional.

These watches look great and seem really easy to use. Camera takes few seconds to focus but lot clearer than I expected from a smart watch. Can't wait for my boys to get them at Christmas.

Location tracker does not work.
Gps tracker doesnt work. My son can only use the watch to make and recieve calls. Very disappointed. Have been in touch with manufacturers who are asking for mcc and mrc numbers which i can not obtain.

Waste of money
More hassle then it's worth . I have some knowledge on how things work but the whole thing is based in USA so living in UK or like I bought it for abroad holiday .. just hasn't worked and I found very stressful as feels like wasted money . I have been sent I circle's trying to make even just the watch it's self .. waste of money
