Some time ago, I was on a business trip, and my child was very lonely at home, so I was very upset. In order to make him happy, I bought this children's smart game watch, and he was very happy to receive the gift. The effect was very good and the time was very accurate.On the whole, it was a pleasant shopping trip and worth recommending.

Terrible. We couldn't even use the watch. The metal part on the SD card slot broke the day we opened it. Then, couldn't get it on because the first month free was a promotion and we're STILL waiting for our email (we had to post a positive review on the Facebook page just to get the first month free then wait for a conformation email). Terrible horrible experience. Needless to say, we ended up buying my daughter a cell phone and had zero issues.

Cool gift for kids, bought two. Nice music. Cool games.

My 6 year old loves this watch. The games are fun for him and he loves calling us. I haven't figured out how to edit the contacts once they are created but other than that it's amazing! Great battery life as well.

My 10 year old son really likes this watch so far, especially the games. My main problem is with the phone call function aspect - the SIM card company that this watch/phone uses are CROOKED, THIEVING, SCAM ARTISTS!!!The reason I am mentioning the SIM card company is that this watch seller recommends that you buy a certain SIM card to use the call function on this watch. To activate the call function, you have to activate the sim card which requires a credit card. After we activated the sim, we were able to make 2 short calls to the watch (each call about one minute) and it was very cool to see. After the two short calls, the call function wouldn't work anymore. Thankfully we were wise enough to use a prepaid credit card. The company was attempting to charge us a second time within the first 4 days of purchasing the card, even though the card was supposed to be good for thirty days. I also started noticing that after I made calls to the watch phone, I started getting weird text messages to my phone with Chinese names and they had links attached - I blocked them all and never activated the links. My guess is that this was how they wanted to hack into my cell phone.CONCLUSION: the watch itself is cute and many kids will like it, but please be very careful about trying to activate the call function.

I ordered 1 of these and it would not recognize the SIM card so I ordered a second 1 thinking I just got a defective one and the second one had the same problem! That means only a couple of functions on the watch actually work. It is cute but not worth the money.

My child loves her new “smart watch”. She loves to play the games and music on it. I had a hard time finding the perfect watch that played both games and music. I finally found it with this product. The battery also lasts nearly all day and she pays on it a LOT.

This watch is dysfunctional to say the least...I bought this watch looking at the specs on the catalogue. Here is my tail of woes...1. Unable to serve a basic function of a WATCH! YES...the date and time CANNOT be set.2. There is NO way to sync the watch to a computer and the app is a dodgy crap that does not communicate to the watch.3. Whatever that was promised on the watch - MP3 player, 6 different games are not there.4. As you can see, other than the silver button,there is no other button to configure5. Lastly, for what this piece of crap is called a SMARTWATCH, there is no SETTINGS icon to set anything at all.
