Buy it, It is as good as described. I bought them to use with my SLA batteries in my solar banks.I had to increase the diameter of the holes in my lugs (12vdc 18aHr).They work great.PanamaChris

IT IS JUNK - DON'T BUY IT
I bought these STEEL bolts to replace the bolts that came with my roof rack. The first one I tried to install torqued off effortlessly and now it is stuck in the hole. JUNK - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
