PINLOCK PINS TOOL AND 4 SETS OF THREE PART PINS - Genuine Pinlock spares

I bought these to replace a broken original pin . They were easy to fit and adjust although they can be fiddly and easy to strip out if you're a bit heavy handed when first tightening the screws, as I found out! Once fitted they are easy to adjust using the tool by loosening slightly, turning using the tool and retightening once the correct position is found for the inserts best seal. They are a tight fit in the original holes which makes it easier to fit them in instead of needing three hands as the pin stays in the visor while you fit the screw. Just watch out when initially tightening the screws. If you drop one you'll have a hard time finding it! Use the two halves of the tool to tighten the screw as it is a perfect fit for the tiny philips head screws and to hold the pin in position as you tighten them..

Sometimes tool designed for the job is the best one. Easy to use to adjust the pinlock post without damaging the visor, and easy to stow on the bike, or in a pocket.

I was expecting the item to arrive today but it got delivered yesterday so absolutely chuffed about that! It made adjusting the pins and Pinlock very easy. At some point I’ll buy a 2nd one to carry with me when I’m out.

Works great, tool is essential

Fitted perfect on my AGV visor. Would advice buyers to screw in the tiny screw into pinlock prior fitting it to visor.

even with a huge toolkit as a professional engineer.. this really is a nessecary if you are fitting these little pins as the hex side of the units is tiny and almost impossible to hold in another way. Especially on my super thick 5mm Shark visor there is little excess to play with so you need all the compressive force you can to engage the threads.

Dal titolo e da alcune foto mi aspettavo di ricevere oltre allo strumento 4 perni, invece come ho constatato sia dall'etichetta riportata in una delle foto sia da quanto mi è arrivato, i perni sono 2. A parte questo come acquisto utilissimo.

Das Tool entspricht der Beschreibung, die Menge der Pins jedoch nicht. Es sind konkret ein Paar Pins, ausreichend für ein Visier. Das ist gelinde gesagt, eine Frechheit.
