I was hopeful with this brace since I had had a compression knee sleeve with the silicon band at the top to hold it up but after use bothered my skin. So, when I measured where they advised to do so, I was 18 1/2 inches. This led me to order a large (black) as the chart indicated and even wondered if I should consider a XL since that was on the edge. Turns out the large was too large and stood no chance of staying I up. So I returned it and ordered a medium (green). When I first put it on, the compression felt great and I thought, “Great, this is much better.” However, as soon as I left my house and walked a mear 1/4 mile, it was falling down and I spent the day pulling it back up MANY times. Finally I just took it off. I would return it but don’t want to get flagged by Amazon for too many returns, so basically I’ve waisted my money. I’m glad it works for some. Wish it did for me!

I crashed a motorcycle at 65 mph in 1972 and at 40 mph in 1973. Both caused knee injury an I wear a knee support occasionally. I have had a lot of knee supports. This is the best one I have had. The AKFLY is longer, with thicker material, and comes in colors. It feels like I have more support and containment with a little less constriction. The size chart in the images was very helpful and accurate for me, and my measurement was at the bottom of the medium bracket. I am going to buy another and one for a friend. I still ride motorcycles.

I purchased this for my fiance who has extremely bad knees. He refuses to seek medical attention for it so this is the next best thing to assist his knees while he is working. He absolutely loves its texture and supportability. It minimizes his pain and helps his movement while working.

The black binding strip along the top side of this sleeve is pulling away and fraying after wearing it one time. See photo. I contacted the seller (AKFLY) via email and they responded that day with a very generous replacement of 2 new sleeves with free shipping. Excellent customer service!!!!The sleeve fits comfortably, is stylish and does not look bulky under stretch jeggings. I highly recommend this sleeve for knee tenderness (osteoarthritis) as it is flexible. I had been wearing an ace bandage for protection and this is a superior substitute in my opinion.

Thank goodness for this product...it's saving my fitness life. I recently injured my knee. Possible meniscus damage seems like. The compression holds humpty dumpty together perfect and is helping me a ton. I may get a 2nd one actually cause I use this one so much. It's snug fit and doesn't not lose elasticity with multiple uses. Breathable. It's exactly what I was needing/ hoping for. Highly recommend.

Sleeve works great, not too tight, just enough pressure to stabilize my knee. I have tried a half dozen of different sleeves and this is one of the best.It does not bunch up or slip on my knee.

Excellent product, amazing price. My husband has two other knee braces that I bought for him one is too thick and tight and the other is too light and whimpy. These are perfect! My husband is a man with a big leg and these aren't cutting off circulation or making it uncomfortable. My husband do really like them and reccommend them.
