rucomfy Luxury Jumbo Cord Dog Bed, Medium, Mocha

Even when the filling is taken out of the vacuum pack and the dog bed is filled, the bed is much smaller than stated. OK, on their website they say the dimensions are 'approximate' but up to 10cm smaller each way isn't acceptable. Rucomfy replied to my email telling me that I'd have to pay for the courier to return the item to them for refund. I called them and they said someone would get right back to me to sort it - they didn't. Oh, and the quality is pretty naff too.

Our dog loves this bed.The cover on one side is a soft corded type of material while the underside is a leather / plastic material.The inner material can be removed and replaces by unzipping the outer cover .

Arrived rolled up and flat but soon plumped up. The bits of foam are a bit lumpy but soft and my standard poodle is quite happy with her new bed.

My poodle loves it! and if he did not like it being the drama queen he is, he would not even sit on it. Looks well made too.

I have bought a second as my dogs prefer this to a more expensive bed I purchased. It holds its shape & the cover washes fine. Good buy

My 18 month old english sheepdog loves it but he has to move it around room to find right spot... Thickness of bed good did takes a few days to puff up...

Thought the bed was fairly comfortable for my dogs but not sure that it was worth paying £39.99
