This product was exactly what I expected! They color and design are exactly as shown in the pictures. I expected the decal to be cheap, and peel or rub off. However, this is not the case. The bottle is well made and the cloth is very soft. The customer service I received with this product was beyond expectations! I received my order ONE DAY after placing it. The day after I received my order, I also received an email from the company. The email was sent to make sure I had recievedthe correct product and was happy with it. They seemed very open to excepting any complaints, and working to fix whatever problems I had. My only problem is that the plastic on the bottle is a little thin. However, it is not so thin that I would be discouraged from buying it, or even consider the product cheap. All around great product!!!
