Ampad #10 Security Envelope, 24 Pound Paper, White Wove, Pull and Seal, 150 Envelopes (74018W)

I've bought these envelopes locally before, and mainly like them because they go through my inkjet printer without wrinkling, binding, or jamming. However, if you care about the manufacturer box that these come in, be prepared for disappointment in that regard. Amazon shipped mine in a plastic bag, which of course provided zero protection from impacts during shipment, so the box is dented and split. Surprisingly, the envelops are undamaged, so I'll re-use my old box from the time that I bought this same brand locally.

Good envelopes and I didn't have to get out during Covid

I expected higher quality paper. I am returning these envelopes. The weight of this paper does not compare to 24# Xerox computer paper. It feels like a lighter weight paper. No where on the box does it state these envelopes are 24# paper.

Very good security envelopes, the sticky portion seals envelope securely and easy to pull off and stick. I use both the small size and the letter size Ampad envelopes.

Works as described.

They won't stay shut. You can "seal" them and watch them open up almost by magic. Very thin and flimsy. I used up existing old envelopes until I opened this box. It was after the final return date so I decided to just write this off as a bad experience. But they are difficult to recycle as (at least around here) one must remove the self-seal protector strip. Fortunately they just about fall off the envelope. Just avoid these. Save your aggravation for something worthwhile.
